The PREVENT@UWG Mental Health Awareness Program under Counseling & Career Development Center welcomes you to the online screening for depression, anxiety disorders, eating disorders and alcohol issues. The free screening is made available to all University of West Georgia students and is taken anonymously. The screening is provided so that you may find out, in just a few minutes, whether or not professional consultation would be helpful to you.
Please note that this screening is not a crisis response service.
If you are in crisis and are on campus, please contact either Counseling & Career Development Center at (678) 839-6428 or Health Services at (678) 839-6452, 8a-5p or University Police at (678) 839-6000 after 5p. If you are off campus, contact "911", go to your nearest emergency room or contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
