The Mental Health Self-Assessment Program is a voluntary and anonymous mental health and alcohol screening and referral program offered by the UMass Medical School Employee Assistance Program. This program is offered at no cost to you or your family, as it is made possible through funding from the MA Department of Public Health, Suicide Prevention Program.
