Heartland Human Services welcomes you to our Online Screening Service! This free screening is available to anyone and is taken anonymously. The screening is provided so that you may determine whether or not professional consultation would be helpful to you. It takes just a couple of minutes.

Heartland offers a wide range of services to deal with such issues as substance abuse, alcoholism, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, cutting, mood disorders, Bipolar/ADHD, as well as Alzheimer’s. Psychiatric services are available. Most appointments are made within thirty days of first call.
Heartland accepts most forms of insurance, out of pocket pay, Medicare, and Medicaid.
