This program is designed for individuals aged 17 and above. The online screening is completely anonymous. We do not collect any unique identifying information such as name, email address or IP address. Neither SNHU nor the Screening for Mental Health organization can view your individual results.
At the end of each anonymous screening you will receive an immediate result. This site is intended to be a resource, not a definitive diagnostic tool, but it can help you learn if your symptoms are consistent with those indicating a more significant problem relating to mood, addiction or anxiety and provide information on how to access help.
We suggest that you take a test on-line, print out the results, and make an appointment to bring the print out to a consult with a counselor at the Wellness Center or your local Community Mental Health Center. The therapist can help you determine if treatment makes sense based on your results and your concerns and will make referals as appropriate. Appointments can be made by calling the Wellness Center at 603-645-9679 or coming in to the Wellness Center in Chocorua Hall.
