Welcome to the Screening for Mental Health. The Town of Hopkinton is participating in Mental Illness Awareness Week and offering online screening for treatable mental health disorders including depression, posttraumatic stress disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and a brief screen for adolescent depression. The in person screening and the online screening is free and confidential to Hopkinton residents. We invite the public to take advantage of this useful tool to determine if further mental health treatment may be necessary. A referral to local mental health providers will be made if necessary.
