National Eating Disorders Screening Program
Poster Design Contest

 

Screening for Mental Health is looking for talented individuals to create an original poster design to increase awareness and encourage screening for eating disorders on college campuses.

 

The winning entry will be included in the 2013 National Eating Disorder Screening Program implemented at colleges across the country and the designer will be awarded $300!

 

The National Eating Disorder Screening Program (NEDSP) is designed to educate and screen college students for eating disorders and to connect at-risk students with the resources they need. 

NEDSP is held annually during National Eating Disorder Awareness Week, February 24 - March 2, 2013.

 

What we're looking for:

  • An eye-catching poster design to draw attention to the problem of eating disorders on college campuses.
  • A message that raises awareness and encourages students to take a free, anonymous eating disorder screening at www.CollegeResponse.org. 
  • A message that avoids graphic or explicit themes. 
  • Original content, legal images and creativity.

The Prize:

  • Grand Prize:  $300

Rules for Submission:

  • Poster contest entries can be submitted between September 13 and October 26.
  • The Poster Contest is open to anyone 18 years old or older.
  • Submissions are open to individuals or groups.
  • Poster submissions must include the following language in the design: Take an anonymous eating disorder self assessment.
  • All participants must fill out a consent form.
