Family Resiliency Program

FY 14 Theme: Test Your Mood

The family resiliency program is designed to help educate family members on how to cope with the stress of deployment, recognize signs and symptoms of mental health problems, build resiliency, reconnect with children and access behavioral health services provided by the Department of Defense or Veterans Affairs. Materials are available to Family Readiness Groups, Family Resource Centers and military family service providers in either a kit containing several individual pre-packaged Family Resiliency Packets or as a comprehensive Family Resiliency Kit
