Welcome Child Welfare League of America Members and Affiliates! Looking for new ways to meet the mental health needs of children and families? Help boost family health and resilience through National Depression Screening Day ! National Depression Screening Day (NDSD), a mental health outreach, education and screening program, offers special screening and educational resources for children and families. NDSD provides both in-person and online screening options for four common mental health disorders: depression, bipolar disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and post traumatic stress disorder. This year, CWLA members and affiliates are eligible to register for NDSD and receive a discounted “Public Sector” kit. To register, download the registration brochure. Also, if you are interested in year-round online and in-person screening for alcohol disorders plus mental health problems, download a registration brochure for the Community Response program. Contact Anne Keliher at the NDSD office with any questions at (781) 239-0071, ext. 112 or [email protected].
